and have you observe, in full living color, what is holding
you back. In short, to do whatever it takes to move you

I’ll break you and your habits down and then piece you with
your new habits back together (you might not like it at
the time, but you’ll thank me someday) in a way that works.

matter where you are right now. It doesn’t matter where
you are starting from. What matters is you are willing
to learn.
