My question to you is “what is going to be different a year or two years or five years from now?”  Here’s the answer:  NOTHING!!  And you’ll be still be using the EXACT SAME EXCUSES and be trapped in the EXACT SAME BODY!!!

The only way I know for you to get in the best shape of your life is to learn how to play the health and fitness game inside and out.

…learn the skills and strategies to accelerate body composition change (looking better in the mirror when you get out of the shower)

…learn how to increase energy levels (keeping up with the pace of life is a challenge)

…learn how to do it efficiently within the time you have available during the day (probably about 30 minutes). 

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Look, if what you’ve been doing were working, you’d already be in the best shape of your life, have boundless energy, and be the happiest person you know… if you’re still reading this I will assume that you are still trapped inside overweight, out-of-shape body… 

Anything else the little voice in your head says as a response is nothing more than an excuse or justification.

I hate to be so in your face about it, but the way I see it, the only thing I owe you is the TRUTH.  I believe a good coach will always ask more of you than you will ask of yourself.  Otherwise, why the heck do you need one?  As a coach my goal is to train you, inspire you, encourage you, coax you, and have you observe, in full living color, what is holding you back.  In short, to do whatever it takes to move you to the next level of fitness in your life.  If I have to, I’ll break you and your habits down and then piece you with your new habits back together (you might not like it at the time, but you’ll thank me someday) in a way that works.   I’ll do whatever it takes to make you five times more in shape and ten times happier.  If you’re looking for Oprah, I’m not your guy.

Success is a learnable skill.  You can learn to succeed at anything.  If you want to be a great golfer, you can learn how to do it.  If you want to be a great violin player, you can learn how to do it.  If you want to be truly happy, you can learn how to do it.  If you want to be in the best shape of your life, you can learn how to do it.  It doesn’t matter where you are right now.  It doesn’t matter where you are starting from.  What matters is you are willing to learn.
