I grew up competing in THREE different sports.  Back then there was no need to specialize.  You could almost show up for practice, do no extra work and STILL WIN.  In fact, probably about two out of ten athletes actually lifted weights (and they did it just to look good for the girls).

NOT ANYMORE.

Today is a completely different monster.  Enter the era of SPECIALIZATION:  you choose one sport and you compete in that sport year-round.  If you don’t, you won’t make the team, let alone win.  If you don’t put time into strength and conditioning outside of your sport you’ll get loss after loss handed to you on a silver platter…would you like a ‘participant’ ribbon to go along with that?

Today your athlete needs a system that is proven, but not known…something a little out there, yet produces results.

Kettlebells are a serious workout. Even though the workouts can be short, they're also demanding.

Kettlebell training has been around for hundreds of years but just recently started to surface in the mainstream athletic world outside of military, law enforcement and various martial arts.

This is THE chance for your athlete to experience an entirely different approach to strength and conditioning and developing athletically.  After using this system, your athlete will leave the competition scratching their heads (and also some of their teammates) as to what got into your son or daughter.

I TRAIN ATHLETES!

 

You see, when I develop your son or daughter into a better ATHLETE, they will be better at whatever sport THEY CHOOSE (that could be professional badminton for that matter).  This is very contradictory to all of the ‘sport-specific’ crap on the market today….let me clarify.

If I want to be the best hockey player I can be, I better play hockey right?  If I want to be the best wrestler I can be, I better practice my wrestling skills right?  Then why do athletes spend so much trying to develop a big bench press?  How’s that helping?

Traditional weight training is VERY time consuming and detracts from sport skill practice.  Kettlebell training will allow your athlete to develop in a way so it doesn’t take away from the sport-specific skills (what they get in practice working with their coach).

Sport is chaos.  Chaos is sport.  Is your athlete ready for whatever is next?  Are they ready for their knee to be twisted in an awkward position, yet escape injury?  Or are they too worried about how big their bench press is?  Is your athlete ready to compete at the next level?
